Ms. Giddon is currently a consultant at The Better Work Institute. Prior to 2012, Ms. Giddon spent over 15 years at Morgan Stanley and held several senior roles, including Global Head of Talent Management, COO and Risk Officer for North America Capital Markets, and Chief of Staff for Information Technology and Operations. Ms. Giddon began her career at Morgan Stanley as an investment banker in the Transportation Group.

Ms. Giddon is co-author of “Unequaled: Tips for Building a Successful Career through Emotional Intelligence” with Advisory Director and former Vice Chairman of Morgan Stanley James A. Runde.

Ms. Giddon received her MBA from Columbia University in 1996 and holds a BS in Finance and Marketing from Lehigh University.
